Refund and Cancellation Policies

Return Policy:

  • Our return policy lasts 72 working hours from the time your product is delivered. If 72 hours have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or the wrong product. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Open cosmetic products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Policy (if applicable):

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of a credit note, which can be used for future purchases.
  2. If a customer refuses to accept a shipment, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping charges from the refund. This deduction covers the cost of shipping and handling incurred for the initial delivery attempt.
  3. No refunds will be given for open bottles.

Order Update Policy:

  • You can update your order within 12 hours from the time of placing the order. After 12 hours, no order update requests will be entertained.

Commitment to Quality Excellence:

  • We ensure consistent quality by offering standard fragrances across our products. Individual perceptions of fragrance can still vary, and we do not provide refunds or replacements based solely on personal preferences for scents.
  • Customers are required to provide lab test reports when there are concerns related to fragrance or quality to ensure a thorough investigation and verification of reported issues before proceeding with resolutions.

Exchange Policy:

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@healingherbbs.com.

Sale Items (if applicable):

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled if the customer forgets to add a discount coupon code. Please check all details carefully while ordering.
  • You can cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. No cancellation requests will be entertained after this period.
