• Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, shipping takes between 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-15 business days for international orders.

2. Shipping Charges

• Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for domestic orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
• International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. International shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Free Shipping Offers

• Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over ₹399 in South States of India and over 599 in Northern states of India.
• International Orders: Free shipping is not available for international orders.

4. Shipping Methods

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused. Please ensure that all address details are accurate and complete at checkout.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• Domestic: We currently ship to all states and territories in India.
• International: We ship to selected countries. Please check the list of available countries at checkout.

8. Duties and Taxes

• Domestic Orders: All applicable taxes are included in the shipping cost.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply based on the destination country's regulations.

9. Address Changes

• Before Dispatch: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the changes before the order is dispatched.
• After Dispatch: Once the order is dispatched, address changes cannot be made.

10. Returns and Exchanges

• Shipping Costs: For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
